To place an order or get the status of an existing order, please contact the Customer Service Department. Limited Lifetime Warranty - Hardcore Electronics warrants against defects in material and workmanship for the *life of all Hardcore Electronics. The "*life" of any Hardcore Electronics Product is limited to the initial purchaser. Any Hardcore Electronics product that has been resold and or traded is no longer covered under the original purchase warranty. Products that have been resold or traded will be subject to evaluation by Hardcore Electronics, and dealt with on a individual basis. Hardcore Electronics' Lifetime warranty does not cover user error. The warranty will also not cover intentional damage or misuse. It is the responsibility of any individual returning a product to Hardcore Electronics to use a reliable, trackable shipping method. Shipping costs to Hardcore Electronics for warranty are the responsibilty of the sender. Hardcore Electronics will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers may be asked to include a copy of their initial sales receipt with any warranty request. Customers that have purchased products directly from Hardcore Electronics will not be expected to include a receipt.

All Shipments to Hardcore Electronics must include the following information in a type written letter:
  • The reason for returning the product.
  • Your Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Return Shipping Address
  • If the product was purchased directly from Hardcore Electronics you will not need to include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If the product was purchased from a Hardcore Electronics Retailer you may be asked to supply a receipt or proof of purchase.
